Sabine Th. Zimmermann was born in Vienna in 1969. Her professional career has always involved working with others, a love for sport and a desire to get things right. She’s been a state skiing instructor and also worked as a customer advisor and producer at international advertising agencies. Her enthusiasm for Yoga inspired her to give yoga courses for actors and other members of the team during her time as a production manager and assistant director on film productions. She decided to draw on this experience to develop her own personal yoga training sessions.

      As a qualified yoga trainer and personal coach, she provides one-to-one tuition, as well as training in a wide range of institutions and fitness clubs. Managers and people in public life in particular hold her yoga training sessions in high regard because of the way she combines posture and movement techniques with yoga.
