The Hatha Yoga training program is based on the principle of posture – counter-posture and tension – relaxation. The more practice that goes into a posture, the more lasting is its effect. Training is based on five elements:

Yoga is a physical and spiritual practice. It’s based on a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration techniques. Mental flexibility and concentration are stimulated during a pleasant series of exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body.
A special sequence of positions trains and strengthens muscles and joints, loosens the spine and acts on the inner organs. Breathing exercises provide reviving stimulation. You are left feeling at ease. Body and soul in balance.
